As a clinical nutritionist and hypnotherapist I am passionate about holistic health and taking a mind and body approach. 

After working as a clinical nutritionist for 4 years, I felt I needed more tools to support my clients with mindset blocks and self-limiting beliefs, and also to support people struggling with addictions to sugar, smoking and alcohol.

I went back and commenced training in Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP as it is a tool I have personally used over the years, and referred many clients on for with success.  

"The result of this, having the scientific knowledge of nutrition, and combining it with Hypnotherapy has not just exceeded my expectations in providing additional support, but blows my mind every day and every week by the changes my clients make on their own because we have been working at a subconscious level, changes we hadn't even expected".

About Me:

I am busy mum in my 40’s with 3 teenage/adult children and understand the challenge of juggling work and family.  

As my kids are starting to leave the nest I too am entering a new transition phase and learning to prioritise my own needs and seek new ways of finding fulfilment as kids get older.  

I have now adopted two rescue dogs that have gladly taken up the role of the babies in the family and enjoy taking them camping and bushwalking.
